I think we are talking about 2 different requests here. I've been saying all along that the letter in question on March 2nd was specifically for the bond holder hearings to show we hadn't lost control of the asset/contract.

The request for clarification from Minister Sanz and Mibam was directly related to media statements that brought Kry mining LC into question. To my understanding that request hasn't been addressed yet. We do have Sanz saying in the media that the initial statements were not true and a follow statement saying no decision had been made on LC.

I don't think we will see any public or written response from Sanz issued on the subject until whatever deal is struck is done even if Kry is in possession of the information.
