jimmi, i could'nt have said it better. it sounds more to me that kry is ramping up for arbitration and is getting a financial gameplan together....i'm guessing the equipment will be the last thing to go...or at least the "long lead" equipment..

wonder what happens if we get a revised settlement with the bondholders then hugo issues the permit?
