Welcome to the Board, stockhawk. Great post! Muchos gracias...

I have no objections to a 50/50 Joint Venture if expenses are also split equally.

And I have no objections to KRY merging with Golld Reserve, or am I missing some key information that would make this undesirable to KRY.

It seems to me like Gold Reserve CEO is more forthcoming on information and their ongoing discussions with VZ of which this is the most recent example

KRY CEO of Public Relations fails miserably by comparison, sad to say!
