Hmmmm, the Russians, the Chinese? How about the Iranians? HC has an absolute love fest going on in Iran. When Sanz was sent to meet with Ahmadinejad, I thought it was strange that a relative subordinate (even though he was Minister of INDUSTRY & Mines) was sent to a high level meeting. There IS interest in Iran as they too want to diversify. Let's review:
