"Dealbandit, what evidence do you have that suggests a buyout will even come?"
What evidence have you that it won't?
------------------------------------...
Dealbandit, this "evidence" your looking for, what specifically would that entail? There are some on here that post with big horse blinders on I'm sure. For the life of me I can't understand why the political rhetoric isn't put into the evidence category, along with the corruption issues that go on down there. How on earth are we supposed to get some written evidence on this subject to prove a point beyond what is staring us in the face. Stuff by the way that has beaten this company and its stock down into the ground, and stuff that is written and reported in the press as quotes and government actions that fuel it, and continues to. Have you listened to Hugo lately and seen who he parties with?
Why the heck is Vz taking kry's finances to the bankruptcy zone? Why is Vz taking kry down the possibility of arbitration? Why doesn't Vz clarify the situation? It would only take a couple of sentences. Why does Vz let RML pull the crap it does in thier country and God forbid, tarnish the business friendly atmosphere that the world values so highly?
Would the evidence possibly be the pr's that kry has put out so many times over so many years saying all is well and nothing has changed? They haven't been asked to change things and all has been done that is required of them. But we should disregard all the things that have transpired since these statements first started coming out years ago. If all is well and such a slam dunk as the horse blinder approach says why are we arguing about the future in such a way, surely us nay sayers would just get it.
Then on top of this you seem to dictate what and where our shareprice is and what is worth arbitration wise, post permit wise, buyout wise and so forth. With all the dynamics and "evidence" presented above(sorry, nothing official), NOBODY has a CLUE as to what this thing will go down for price wise in any given situation.
These "we're worth 6-8 bucks", "no way gotta get 7-9" statements are the very thing that snares people into holding while things may be collapsing around them, I mean aren't we witnessing something like this? I'm not saying all are in this boat, or that total collapse will happen, but there sure are some direct and solid posts in this direction, with the "this way or the highway" attitude with what seems to me a disregard to some serious political risk. Sweeping dirt under the rug doesn't mean it's not there.
