** FOUR The heat is on, May 28 is comming fast and up till now VZ has dealt with disputes fairly!! One thing in our favor is that arbitration does not take 4 to 5 years in court like it used to. Now days it more like one to two yrs , granted still a long time. Another point is that when companies do move to arbitration VZ usually moves quickly to the table for settlement.

If Chavez's goal is to get out of the contract this seems a clean way to do it.

IMO the big boys are in it cheap and would be satisfied with $1 to $2 a share.
