April 30, 2007, the stock was at $4.38 - REMEMBER? That was the approximate time when KRY was told that they were in FULL COMPLIANCE, and if KRY paid the taxes and the bond required under the MOC, that the required Permit to mine would be issued.
This $4.38 per share, plus the additional money spent to date, plus damages, should approximate a MINIMUM of what I believe the ICISD should award KRY if it is forced to seek Aritration.
What do uou think the stock would be worth today, if the Permit HAD been issued, as promised in 2007, and we were either on the verge of production or in actual production today?
The idea that KRY would settle for $1.00 or $2.00 after all KRY has done for Venezuela, AND THE TIME AND MONEY SPENT is not only unacceptable, but ridiculous, IMO.
