Yes I can, because KRY has the choice of going to Arbitration where KRY would be more fairly treated.

If HUGO is aware of World opinion, I think he will make a better offer than you sugguest, or he will give KRY the Permit, and will receive a nice profit in return without having to put up a dime. His best bet would be on KRY, IMO.

At the current price, in this declining or down Market, can you show me a better investment?
