That is your opinion, which is fine...but I do take comfort that they hold 40mm. It doesn't look like they have been slowly liquidating...they sold in the end of Nov and in Dec. That selling brought the SP down to the low of .11 or so. Since then the vol has been very low (i.e. no signs of any of the big guys liquidating). The only spike in vol came in Jan when the SP was brought back up to the low .30s. Take a look at the Charts...this is just my opinion on it.
