Anyone know a pro-KRY Financial News Columnist? More the better.
Talk's cheap and is inconsequential. An article concerning KRY's frustrations as an example of Chavez's lack of integrity would serve to ascertain Hugo's position on the company's future if he responds. I know many articles have been written to date, but the proposed article must issue a challenge. The timing is right since Hugo is now desperately trying to attract foreign investments for joint ventures. How do they know if he'll keep his end of the bargain? Raising doubts about Hugo's integrity could seriously threaten any current interest to the point that Hugo is forced to comment on the issue. Or maybe the issue gains momentum in time with growing support, so that he'll eventually respond.
Can anyone substaniate whether Greywolf is one of Noteholders? As one of the largest shareholders, wouldn't suing KRY seem to be a bit of a conflict of interest. Did Greywolf try to hide public disclosure of this fact? Why? Who and what's the shareholding position of the other noteholders.
