are you sure that KRY retains the rights to the engineering plans? I would think if we settled with VZ, the plans would become the property of VZ.

I'm sure Vz has all of the mining mining documents and engineering plans on file...(after all they have to review\approve them). I'll go out on a limb here and say that if some Russian or Chinese company went on to mine Las Cristinas (at Hugo's behest after shafting KRY) that the finished product would end up looking very much like that portrayed by the design documents in Venezuela's possession.
