I agree. If they are truly open to all international companies they issue KRY's permit. If they are truly open to all international companies they say something nice about KRY, assuming we have been doing what were supposed to be doing as management says. That would be putting your money where your mouth is.
He wants to align himself with specific people, and that does not include KRY.
I think this statement is positive to the extent that they are talking about mining. But it does not say to me that KRY is getting a permit. If that's what they wanted, that's all they need to say. How many years has it been?
If nothing more changes, KRY should file for arbitration the first chance they get.
