I was wondering if these ICSID cases are disjoint or do one case set precedent for the next, i.e. If, in the course of Crystallex’s case for damages for the lack of permit, it is confirmed to be the legal miner to LC, does that than limit the Venezuelan Government’s damages to Infinito to investment made only and removes the possibility of LC being awarded to them?
