Obviously RML doesn't have the cash, but it is rather curious to have a new director appointed..a Russian, who specializes in acquisitions and funding those acquisitions. Could there be another Russian entity in RML's near future? A moneyed Russian? This statement by RML didn't say what these 2 people had been doing just before being appointed. I suppose it could be possible that one had recently been working for Polyus.
