Vlada, I don't think that it is contradiction at all. As I said, RM cannot give you non-public information without violating Reg FD, which he would not do.

On the other hand, these are email responses, often given quickly and could contain an error or misstatement. They certainly don't get a real legal review like a press release of material information. RM is apparently trying to avoid any such errors from being spread around widely through Internet posts.

I think it is highly dubious that the disclaimer carries any legal weight, but one should abide by it out of a sense of honorable behavior -- my opinion, just like I would not post from a PM here unless I got specific approval from the member that wrote me.
