Callao / A total of 19 people who are receiving credits partner alternatives to mining by the MIBAM received a course of composting and growing vegetables from agricultural CVG backed by Promotora Minera Guayana Rusoro Mining

Sounds like a good idea that could be implemented here in the states...part of the "green initiative" to provide millions of new jobs to displaced auto workers and others in the decaying manufacturing sector..
