THREE questions for Richard Marshall:

1. "It is not a publicly available letter." WHY was the CVG letter not publicly avaiable?

2. Is MinAmb (Environment) aware of the Dispute Letter?

"Venezuela, the CVG and MIBAM are aware of our position, our concerns and the Dispute Letter dated November 28th, 2008 regarding International Arbitration..."

3. Is MinAmb still blocking approval of the KRY environment Permit?

I, for one, will be asking R.M via email and I welcome others to do the same.
