Joepasta, IMO there is one reason.....The Bondholders.

I am guessing we get some info on this in the near future. Once there is a set path to the Bondholder situation such as KRY wins and/or it goes to trial at least a path will be in sight and from there someone such as Rusoro and/or another player will have a direction in which to play.
