Don't know about the rest of you folks but for quite some time I have tried to apply logical rational thinking to KRY's relationship via the MOT with Chavez and Venezuela. Skeptical as I am by nature and my history with KRY goes way back, I in the beginning felt that Venezuela was going through a rebirth and needed time to evolve, but as time passes it has become apparent to me that there has always been something not quite right.

My rational thinking was correct but the Venezuelan actuality was different. When I connect all the negative ongoings towards our company and LC via every possible avenue available, especially the latest gold sale legislation, my instincts sense a Betrayal by Chavez and Venezuela, in that they will not take any action other than go to ICSID effectively still controlling the LC deposit and continue using LC as a nice big juicy plum and play for time to do the rest ............

Irrational it may be, Chavez does have a plan.
