This all really smells rotten to me. Hopefully this isn't binding for valuation, but officially we aren't in arbitration ... so who knows. Changes in laws are binding under the MOC.

I agree with you that this law was a bargaining chip. Isn't it convenient that Ven goverment chooses who has to sell back to them.

Give me $1.00 a share and I'm outta here.
