prezone, You live in the Toronto area. Is it possible for you to get down to the Court House on University Avenue, and ask to see the Records on the Bondholder suit against KRY? Maybe there is still no ruling made by the Judge in the case and that accounts for the SILENCE from KRY.

no_bear, No shareholder should have to do this. Surely we have a right to expect or demand (as the case may be) a Press Release update on the Bondholder suit?
