I just watched the May 5th video from Agapov. I have to say am very encouraged, expecially with all the negitive posts recently.

You just had a CEO of another gold producer in the country saying Crystallex "will" resolve this situation this year. That would be great for for my bottom line either way. Perferably with Crystallex as the operator.

Does anybody have theory why he keeps talking positivly about Crystallex in these interviews? It does seem to benifit his company either way.

Apprently these legal cases have given KRY lip lock. I find it very annoying. I know they are trying to be cautious but I find it hard to believe there have been no material changes to the company in what seems like forever.

KRY could be setting themselves up for more lawsuits if they are not disclosing material changes.

If its true they avoided a meeting with V as to avoid information that could be considered material, I think this is walking a dangerous line legally.
