I dont think we would file for arbitration until the completion and handover of the social obligation projects.This would be our final step would it not?.They might not except them but at least we could claim we were finished as per the social contract. Im not sure if we will be done by the 28th of May. If we filed before completion wouldnt they have a way out of this by saying we didnt fulfill our obligations?or wouldnt it matter?
