VZ gas stations in the US

At what point does the American government step in, and support the US companies that have their drill platforms, boats and eqiuipment sieze.Couldn't the American companies go to court and get an injunction to seize the profits from the stations, and hold that, and possibley the stations themselves? Or is it just Canada that has Conco Stations?
