That makes no sense to me.A company can stay an entity for years and years.We might be delisted or only trading on the pink sheets but as long as we are registered we are still a company waiting for a settlement.Why declare bankruptcy while you wait on a settlement It wouldnt cost much to stay registered .There are lots of companies trading over the counter/pink sheets that are nothing but shell companies.I know because i was once involved with a company called Canadian Aerospace.They havent been in operations for 10 years but still trade on the pink sheets.I dont think Vz waiting until we run out of money to pay their settlement and be able to say"We dont have to pay them now because they are out of money"would work in the world court of law.That would be way to easy and im sure would be the standard for those idiots if that was the case. IMHO
