Question about Arbitration.

This might be stupid but,can filing for arbitration on the grounds that the Vens have broke the Canada/Ven trade agreement and having a ruling favor Kry,if the Vens dont pay up this is bothering me.

I dont think we can seize assets outside of Canada to pay for the money owed,can we? And if we cant, what in Canada has Ven,that is of value?

Were i live there is no Citigo gas stations,acually never have seen one in my travels or just never noticed?If they are around they are probably franchises so not much value there except hurting the poor franchisee.

Is the arbitration a world wide binding ruling.Im sorry if this is stupid?
