The resolution of the Central bank of Venezuela, that forces the industry to that 70% of gold production are sold to the emitting institute, to the change of 2,15 dollars, worry to the companies and workers who operate in the state Bolivar and hope that in a lapse of 90 days an agreement with the government is obtained, because of the opposite there will be closing of factories and consequently dismissal of workers.

According to the established thing in this resolution, auriferous the mining companies will have to sell 70% of obligatory form to the BCV their Gold production and the other 30% could be exported in accordance with the anticipated thing in article two of the present resolution 09-04-03 that says the operations of Gold export and their alloys to that the present resolution is contracted, authorized or will be denied by the Central bank of Venezuela in the terms established within the instrument that reflects that they could be granted until a 30% of the auriferous production in the national territory of the applicant within each quarterly calendar.

Therefore once studied and analyzed this resolution in official newspaper unions that make active life in the municipality Roscio, the Pebble, Sifontes and Gran Savannah, elevated their voice of protest by the decision and reject of emphatic way, any attempt of taking on the part of the national executive who apparently will not throw reverse gear to the settled down thing through an official resolution that already has been published in Official Newspaper 39,169 of date 30 of April of year 2.009.

To sell to Preferential Dollar

Jhon Davis, member of the same union organization, indicated “is worrisome the measurement taken by the national executive through Central bank, where it is suffocating to us with this decision and for that reason we asked aid the national executive to the National Assembly, to the Ministry of the Work, the Cleb and the same president of the republic, so that we look for together one better exit to this problem that already has appeared” said Davis

Into equal way the unionist informed who they have thrown calculations and is impossible to sell Gold to that price, because the lost ones are remarkable, and no private company nor the government will be able to sell to that price, because they would go to the bankruptcy maintains union Davis.

On the other hand Manuel union Montiel of the mining Company MS said that those measures of the BCV do not favor to the workers nor to the commerce of the municipalities of the South, because there will be money no to be able to buy foods, to maintain to thousands of homes, that are maintained thanks to the fact that their heads of family work in the mining companies of the zone.

Taking the Control

According to what it establishes article 8 of the resolution, the BCV will be able to practice them inspection that consider pertinent to any authorized natural or legal person by the competent to commercialize Gold and its alloys, in Bars, Fused, Coined, Manufactured national authority or in any other form, to the aims to verify the fulfillment on the part of those dispositions contained in the present resolution, being in the obligation to provide the information and documentation that this institute solicits to him in the referred scope of the inspection.
