the part that gets me hondo is the "agreed" part....

if kry was'nt ready or some other issue like that there is no reason for noteholders to "agree" to anything...they'd push the issue

no, i think something along the lines of kry saying "we're so close to a deal and if it does'nt happen we'll file for icsid" happened...

this makes more sense to me...the noteholders can avoid litigation and get paid.

i'm under the opinion that if kry files for arbitration the noteholders have to get paid immediately anyway....so, if your a noteholder, why not wait a couple more months...

just imo but something HAS TO HAPPEN QUICKLY OR KRY WILL HAVE 20,000 SHAREHOLDERS BANGING DOWN THE DOOR SCREAMING "ARBITRATION"...I CAN THINK OF AT LEAST 1 SHAREHOLDER ANYWAY...
