OF, Now you're talking! This is the point I have been trying to get across to the Board! Vz has been "scr@wing us around" for over 2 years, now. Do you really believe they will honour our MOC and issue the required Environmental Permit BEFORE May 28th?

If KRY DOES NOT FILE FOR ARBITRATION as soon as legally possible, Venezuelan "high officials" will keep stringing KRY along until it is too late, at which time KRY will receive a "low ball offer" and a "take it or leave it" directive, IMHO.
