Will the new mining Law affect the MOC which is owned by KRY?

WHAT GOOD IS A CONTRACT IF IT CAN BE CHANGED without KRY'S PERMISSION!

For years we've been told that the NEW Mining Law would not affect KRY'S existing Contract to mine Las Cristinas Project.

So, which is it? Do we have a binding contract or a worthless piece of paper!
