KRY has the option to File for Arbitration after May 28, 2009.
IMO, it would be be preferable for KRY to be granted the Environmental Permit since KRY is in full compliance with the MOC (Mining Operating Contract) and are in the final stages of completeing their social obligations shortly after this date, but if no Permit or amicable settlement is reached BY this date, the question is: How long can KRY wisely hold out without risking bankruptcy or jeopardizing their financial ability to go to Arbitration.
KRY Management have thus far shown wisdom in handling the political situation in Venezuela and deserve a lot of credit. IMO .
