there comes a time to cut your losses. if we continue to allow ven to bend us over then we will definately be BK and have NO OPTIONS....

i will add (and probably get hammered for this)....FUNG....many here use the constant reminder that: fung knows what he is doing, fung is a powerful and dynamic manager, fung does huge deals everyday....fung fung fung...

i have to say that my first and only business dealing with fung has been kry...and so far, i'm not dazzled.....anyone that uses the "fung knows what he is doing theory" to explain why we do not file for arbitration ASAP please refrain from doing so....it's an OPINION, NOT A FACT.
