Im still confused about filing for arbitration at the end of May.Why would we file before both the water treatment plant and medical clinic was completed and we are able to claim our social respondsibility contract has been fullfilled? Why give the Vens an excuse on why no permit or not have to recognize our claim because we havent yet finished and handed over these projects?
