bmh is right.....sorry, i was gone for awhile but since i actually started the 60 day argument maybe i should clarify....
the original post to GW was an OPINION OF MINE that:
from the end of may we have an OPTION to file arbitration...this OPTION will continue on.....
HOWEVER, IMO, at the end of JULY (barring a permit or filing) the noteholders will force the issue by continuing the legal action....someone really jumped to conclusions with this one.....IMO sorry for any confusion

ok, i can see that... the way it strikes me now is that the end of may is an arbitration OPTION......which is open for 60 days
the end of july is an arbitration deadline for us.....if we dont have a permit by the end of july this thing will get even uglier than it is now....thats when the noteholders resume thier action....
imo fung is "gambling" that he will have a permit by then...
