I tend to agree with your views and have one question that I am surprised nobody has really looked at. In KRY's submissions to the courts there was a comment regarding some information that if it got out to the public realm it would do irrepairable harm to the company. I wonder what this is in reference to? I couldn't hazard a guess. Even Stu on SH hasn't seemed to grab and work that one.
