That makes sense to me if that's what it is referencing. The only addition I can see is that if negotiations are going good and it got out wouldn't that be good for the company? If they are going bad then I can understand the comment.

If Vz was a fair partner they would be ok imo with some comments regarding how negotiations are going. No clarification even when asked by a sinking company, pathetic on Vz's part. Just the nature of this whole mess paints its own picture. But time will tell.
