In regards to the "what if pundit" you call me:
Your quote: "I will add though if the "negotiations" are going bad the judge did not feel the need to grant the NH's any of their requests. There are also some serious disclosure issues if something material has occured."
There are two "ifs" in there, serious ones at that. Looks like I'm not the only one who has these thoughts.
Yes I have lost a good amount of faith in management. I think we gave them too much credit for thinking they knew the ropes down there. And judging from how this has all transpired and KRY's comments like "nothing has changed" and "we have not been approached", blah blah, do you actually buy that?
And to assume that this two month delay is our God sent solution I would say is foolish to assume that based on the fact we are dealing with corrupt Venezuela with a large Russian influence, we're running out of cash and facing the possibility of International arbitration.
How many delays and excuses have we been through Brit with no, and I mean NO follow through on any. What makes this extra two months different in your eyes. All it tells me is that Fung managed to convince them of extending things to this deadline. That's all fine and dandy friend but tell me where the Vens sit right now in this. What's their opinion? KRY has tried a few times to pin them down for clarity and answers and get dead silence, and end up threatening Arbitration. Doesn't that open up some what ifs in your mind? I have a feeling kry is getting the screws tightened.
Aside from the court proceedings which you seem to have a decent handle on, they have no bearing on the final outcome in how Vz handles it's side of the equation, seperate issue that you don't know or I. Fung gave the NH some more hope, time will tell.
Stick it where the sun don't shine? Geez, gotta throw that stuff in hey?
