Thank you for posting the exact phrase. "Irreparable harm to the company" is much different than "irreparable damage to the SP" as indicated in the post I responded to.

IMHO, factual and material information must be made public unless it is part of an ongoing endeavor/negotion etc. which if released prematurely could damage the company whether the issue was of a positive or negative nature.
