It doesn't paste well but you can follow the link home stretch provided to Maffaisx to see it. I don't know when the actual buy was but it was in the last reporting period.

I tried to find a link for Knight Capitol to see who might be considered an insider but couldn't find anything. It could all be nothing but this is the first time I've seen it listed as an insider
