Cash + equipment vs. debt. Gold Reserve is +, (cash value is higher than where they are trading)

Crystallex appears to me to still be in a position to get something accomplished in VZ, where Gold Reserve's path seems destined to arbitration only or an outside shot at a settlement prior.
