I want to state I admit I don't know about all aspect of kry as most of you. I know you longs know every detail. But I know one thing you longs can't dispute, the permit has never come. I think sometimes you have to focus on the bottom line.

No one knows all the details except for VZ and KRY management. You are correct the permit hasn't come YET. Unless you have some official information that I don't that says definatively KRY won't receive the permit I will accept the fact the KRY is still atempting to obtain the permit.

KRy reminds me of a girl when your young that you ask out and she never says yes. But at the same time she never says no. At some point you have to except the under lying answer, that it's never going to be yes. The only difference you can't file arbitration with her. lol With a MOC this point in goo standing, I don't want to lose that.

Using your anology the only way of knowing what the girl is saying is to be privy to your request and conversation. To make the anology more like our situation you would have had to asked her in public and told her you may move on if she didn't answer in a specified time frame. We would all be sitting here wondering why you just don't move on. What we may not know because it is private between you and the girl is that she has answered you but just doesn't want the answer to be made public YET. If the answer was NO you would move on when the date arrived. If the answer was YES you would wait if she had a great rack. While we might think your nuts to wait and continue to ask you why are you waiting, you can't say for risk of losing the date when her answer can be made public. LOL

How much time I ask you is a fair amount to give them. Would yo say a month, six months another year. I say they have had all the time in the world, we just gave them six more months. We told them already that if things did not change, we could file arbitration. Well six months has gone by and nothing has happened. I say it's time calls there bluff. Give us the permit or will it's time to file.

I would say the right amount of time would be a combination of what KRY managements knows and when our money runs out. I'm sure KRY management has a specific date based on all the facts including money as to when they will file. A hard deadline seldom accomplishes much. The GM deadline was past and a new deadline set. Things aren't always black and white.

Kry has done everything in good faith, with all the social stuff they have done for Venz. It's time for them to keep there end of the bargain.

I couldn't agree more. Kry has done everything right and in the end they will either get the permit, a JV partner, sell out to another company or file for arbitration. Either way I have faith in KRY management to make the best decision possible given all the real information they know. I don't know what that decision will be and we may end up with nothing but it won't be for a lack of trying. We are to close to the end to panic now.
