So why has KRY Management been unable to notify the PUBLIC the reason for the "blanket of silence" which has caused such a problem with stockholders and potential investors that this was a condition set down by the Venezuelan Govenment while whatever negotiaitions were taking place?

Notification would have informed the Public that two things were happening:

1. That the SILENCE was requested by the Venezuelan Government, not by KRY Management.

2. That actual negotiations were taking place.

Now how could the above, in any way, harm, or insult, or jeopardize Venezuelan negotiations?

I have honestly expressed my beliefs to the Board. Just remember what I have said and if necessary, I will happily admit I was wrong.
