backing out of a 4 day alo' presidente 10year anniversary is VERY uncharacteristic for hugo...followed by a cancellation of evo morales visit'????? we may never know what, but i'd bet the sh5t hit the fan somewhere.....

possible scenarios include:

1. i'm hoping coup.....

2. globovision head threatened to release dirty pics of hugo....

3. herpes breakout....
