While the opening of the oral and public judgment against the mayor of Sifontes, Carlos Chancellor, was developed in one of the rooms of the Palace of Justice of Guayana City, in the neighborhood of the enclosure following, supporting and party companions showed with placards and slogans their endorsement to the mayor of the mining locality.

Jose Hernandez, member of the national secretaryship of Mother country For All, authorized by the principles authorities of the organization, assured that the judgment against Carlos Chancellor comprises of a conspiracy orchestrated by the Crystallex company and the governor of the state Bolivar, Francisco Rangel Go'mez. For Hernandez, the legal explanations in the Chancellor case exceed. “It is verified that is a political judgment, an economic judgment, where the main one affected is the town”.

Candidate for Sifontes
The national leader of the PPT revealed that already the United Socialist Party of Venezuela has chosen to its candidate for the Mayorship of Sifontes, going ahead to the events.

“The governor of the state Bolivar already is preparing to the commander-in-chief of the estadal police Julio Caesar Manzulli Sources, to send it like candidate”.

However, he affirmed that independent of who it is the option of the PSUV for the municipality “are not going to defeat the town of Sifontes, that trusted Carlos Chancellor”.

In spite of considering that justice in the state is being used like a political instrument, Hernandez said to trust the honesty of the escabinos.

“We hoped that behind the decision that is taken there is not a hairy hand, we really felt that the freedom of Carlos Chancellor is close”.

The mayor of Sifontes, Carlos Chancellor, that been has stopped by more than two years, was accused by the supposed commission of the crimes of instigación to break the law, incitement to the panic and the sinking of the colectivity, incitement to the closing of circulation routes, agavillamiento, concealment of the crime of generic robbery, generic embezzlement of bottoms public, payment of services nonrealised, swindle, budgetary overdraft and abuse of office.
