I couldn't agree more. Wouldn't surprise me if Rusoro has greased every palm in sight. We're better off not giving bribes...Hugo could use it against us down the road...and it wouldn't look good coming out in international arbitration.

In the final analysis....even if they are now trying to screw us because we didn't cave in to bribe demands...they now have their choice: lose potentially billions in an arbitration award (with no jobs, no gold, no bribes, no nothin') or give us the permit with no bribe.
