I understand that Don. But if Venezuela wanted to boot Kry, could they not use a similar arguement. My thinking is what if they decide to settle with Infinito before a final arbitration ruling? Give Las Cristinas back to them saying they are the rightful owner, take the stance that the mining contract with Crystallex was incorrectly issued (according to the prevailing law), compensate Crystallex only for money invested ... and in the meantime a backroom deal is in place for a sale by Infinito to Russian interests (ie. Russian State run company)? That would definately take care of the Crystallex and Infinito problems at minimal cost.
