Caracas, Jun. 05 ABN .- In order to support the state Environmental Directorates in the work of recovery of damaged forests and areas contaminated by mining activities, the Ministry of People's Power for the Environment (Minamb) will have a special presence in the Amazonas, Bolivar and Delta Amacuro.

This was announced the head of the Environmental Yuvirí Ortega, who said that this activity will be present in the environmental tax, which shall take appropriate measures to the case.

In that regard, thanked the support and collaboration of the Bolivarian National Guard (GNB) in the efforts being made on environmental issues.

For its part, the director general of the Forest People's Power Ministry for the Environment (Minamb), Leonardo Lugo, noted that with the implementation of this project will generate over 200 direct jobs and will relaunch the forestry sector in the country. For the same recruit a group of professionals in environmental matters, primarily from the Bolivarian University of Venezuela (UBV) and the Environmental School of Forestry, University of the Andes.
