I am now in the camp that prefers a buyout. If the Vz government alone, I can see an offer of $1-2. If a consortium of Russian mining companies and the Vz government, I can see $2-4.

I see arbitration only as a catalyst for a buyout. There are too many unknowns to judge our ability to survive the length of the proceedings.
