I queried RM wondering the cost and possible significance of what appeared to be a new project. Response below:

Our Las Cristinas project group (“PLC”) have not initiated any new asphalt paving in Las Claritas/Santo Domingo areas. During March the group carried out routine maintenance on the asphalt paving linking the Troncal 10 and Santo Domingo. We have an ongoing maintenance for road repairs within and outside the concession and the scraper was working on the requested road repairs during a couple of days last week. Some fill material will be provided from PLC this week to fill in potholes. There are no additional costs incurred by the project.
