I agree. And i think we as shareholders would be crazy to support the option plan. If they currently hold options priced at 2 or 3 bucks a share ... that should be enough incentive for management to get this resolved. I think granting cheap options for the non-perfomance of management is a bad idea. Show us the permit and i'd then be happy to reward management at that time.
